Our Company

We are  privately-held commercial real estate
brokerage, property management and
development company. Founded in 1980 by
June Kimball and now led by John Kimball,
we have grown steadily and deliberately over
the years.

The senior management team now includes
Ken Smith, vice president construction
management and Christie Benet, vice 
president property management. Ken has over
25 years experience in the construction
industry and is known for his reliability,
integrity and vast knowledge of the industry.
Christie brings substantial experience in the business world to bear in running the property management division. Christie is a seasoned professional who impresses our clients with his grace under pressure and his ability to get things done well, on-time and on-budget -- key attributes in dealing with the daily crises of commercial property management. We pride ourselves on adhering to traditional business values – honesty, integrity, responsibility and trust.
