While we have over 1 million square feet of property under ownership or management in Fairfield County, Connecticut, we pride ourselves in the personal attention we provide our clients. Prompt personal service and the efficient maintenance and operation of a building’s physical plant is critical, which is why we operate our own maintenance division.
